Yes we do. The deposit reserves your wedding day with us. It is non-refundable because as soon as we receive your deposit, we put you on our calendar and start turning down any other customers that might interfere with your wedding day. The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the package you choose so please call us if you'd like a specific amount. Oh, and don't worry; the deposit will go towards the price of your package.

With every photo shoot we will give you a CD with all of your high-resolution images. You are free to print, email, share, etc. your images as much as you like for your own personal use. However, we do retain the copyright for any commercial/monetary use of your images. So basically, if you're trying to make money off of your pictures or getting them published in a magazine or something to that effect, then please get our permission first. Also, we claim the right to use any of the pictures we take in our own marketing/advertising.

For Engagements and Bridals, you can expect to have your pictures back within about a week. For Weddings and Receptions plan on about a month.

If you ordered standard prints like 8x10's, 4x6's, 16x20's, large framed prints, etc. then you can expect to have those back within about a week. Albums usually take a month to get back to you. But, no matter what kind of prints you've ordered, we can't start working on them until you've given us your list of pictures you wants prints made of. So if you want your prints back in a hurry, then be sure to create your picture print list as soon as you get your CD of pictures back.

You can order prints from Creativ whenever you'd like. Just check out our website or give us a call for options and pricing. After you've decided what you want, send us an email with a list of the pictures you want printed and their respective sizes. For albums, we'll need a list of 100 pictures. Please split your 100 pictures into 3 categories: Best, Better, Good. By doing so, we'll know which pictures to put emphasis on when we create your album. We can accept almost any of the standard document/spreadsheet formats.
